| GLENN KNAPE
General Manager
Lembeh Resort welcomes Glenn Knape as the new General Manager. Glenn Knape commenced with the Lembeh Resort in March this year. Glenn is an Australian who began his Executive role at the Hamilton Island resort as Executive Chef for 13 years and moved to Sydney on the SOCOG Catering Manager Team to prepare and execute the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and then on to the Flagship 5 Star Radisson Plaza, Sydney, Australia as Executive Assistant Manager.
Glenn’s fist role in Indonesia began as General Manager of Damai Lovina Villas, Bali in 2002 and General Manager of Warwick Ibah Luxury Villas and Spa in Ubud, Bali in 2006.

DIANA SUKMA
Guest Relation & Assist. Operational Manager
Diana joined Lembeh Divers in July 2008 as a member of the sales and marketing team. After working at Planet Hollywood in Jakarta, her love of travel lead her to Kuwait in July 2004. Diana’s experience there included three years as a trainer at Biella Italian Restaurant and one year at Al-Manshar Rotana Hotel. In her first few months at Lembeh Resort, she showed great improvement and was promoted to the position as Front Office Manager. Diana enjoys the challenges of her job, and she really works hard to keep Lembeh Resort in the upper echelons. Diana has since taken on new challenges as Assistant Operational Manager. She ensures coordination among various activities, and she always has new ideas for the improvement of Lembeh Resort. |

RUSTAM TALENGKERA
Front Office Manager
Born at Essang, Talaud, June 7, 1973
Rustam has been working in the tourism industry for almost 14 years. He has a lot of experience in guest relations. He has worked as a Front Office Supervisor, Front Office & Reservation Supervisor, and Assistant Resort Manager. His experience ranges from room inspection, to guest arrival, to overall guest satisfaction. Rustam is creative in facing and solving problems, he is also very good at handlling local & goverment guests. In the past, Rustam has been a successful Human Resources manager as well.
We are very excited to welcome Rustam to our team! He is joining us at Lembeh Resort as Front Office Manager and is looking forward to greeting you.

DECKY PAKASI
Food & Beverages Supervisor
Decky Pakasi stands out as the tallest man in Lembeh Resort restaurant. He began his career as a bar supervisor in a famous hotel in North Sulawesi, where he upgraded his position to F&B supervisor in 2003. He sought a fresh environment at Lembeh Resort in September 2008. As F&B Supervisor, Decky has assembled his team to serve and entertain our guests in style, offering hospitality that will make you feel at home at Lembeh Resort. |
