Lembeh Resort and Critters@Lembeh have great teams committed to giving you a memorable resort and diving experience. There are many people behind the scenes whom you may not meet but are key to our success. We plan to recognize our best and brightest here each month!

We are very happy to announce Pak Alfius, our Grounds Supervisor, as our employee of the month! Pak Alfius has been working on these lush gardens even before the first guest arrived at Lembeh Resort in 2002, and at age 59, he still has no plans to retire. Together with the founder of the resort Pak Alex Rorimpandey, Pak Alfius helped originally design and shape our gardens and paths. Lembeh Resort’s beautiful and comfortable surroundings are a testament to the dedication of Pak Alfius and his team.

The Grounds team has a very important role at the resort, as stewards of the good health of all our flowers and plants. This includes their commitment to keeping a small vegetable garden to serve you fresh, delicious produce at meal times. Please help us thank Pak Alfius for cultivating a delightful feast for the senses next time you see him!
