Antennarius striatus
Hairy frogfish
Found on coral and rocky reefs as well as on sandy, muddy and weedy bottoms. Colour can vary from white to yellow, orange or brown, with prominent darker stripes across the body. It can grow numerous skin flaps, which give this frogfish its common name. Can be confused with similar A. hispidus, but has more profound stripes and worm-like shaped lure. Solitary.
