We are committed to responsible tourism. This covers everything from daily operations and guest relations to staff training and our choice of suppliers.
When done right, tourism can open doors to new experiences and create lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. At Lembeh Resort, we create employment opportunities for local people, and continue to nurture their professional growth through regular training and skills development. This covers everything from hospitalities and F&B service to classes in English and photography. Through education and employment, our aim is to empower all members of the community to reach their full potential.

The Lembeh Foundation
In 2018, we established the Lembeh Foundation to fulfil our environmental commitments and expand their reach into the local community. We work with neighboring villages and schools to improve educational opportunities for local children, set up learning centers, create waste banks, and conduct beach clean ups. Through regular workshops and green education programs, we help kids come together through music, conservation, and field trips, while also providing them with school uniforms and books. Each of these efforts is just the beginning. We have plenty more in store, and lots we want to achieve in future. Thank you to all our guests and partners who have supported us so far. We look forward to continuing the journey together.
Our Initiatives
The Lembeh Community Program engages with local people and encourages unity in the community. We actively support various groups, providing them with the equipment, training, and facilities they need to be successful.
Continuous Support
Small actions make a big difference. This includes stationary and sports equipment for local schools, renovation of facilities, and providing reusable drinking bottles.
Empowering People
To nurture a new generation of eco-conscious leaders, our team of Lembeh Foundation Eco Warriors engage in a wide range of sustainability training and initiatives.
